Can you tell us more about your role and day-to-day at Genesys ?
The day-to-day at Genesys is a lot of emails and meetings . I also do the account planning for the sales team , where we look at an account and see how we can address the issues the client is facing . Once we understand the challenges , we build a strategy to tailor our technology capabilities to that customer ’ s needs .
One of the things that my team does is let everybody know that Genesys is relevant in the insurance industry , so we take part in marketing and insurance-specific events .
We also are speakers at these events , talking about how Genesys can help insurance companies improve customer experience .
Can you tell us more about Genesys ’ solutions within the healthcare sector ?
In the healthcare sector , Genesys ’ key focus is how can we improve the experience for the end user .
From a technology standpoint , the insurance industry is behind . Digital Transformation is here and insurance companies need to embrace it to keep up with competitors and
