Lung cancer is a significant health concern in Singapore, ranking as the second most common cancer in men and the third most common in women. Over a five-year period( 2018 – 2022), approximately 9,000 cases were diagnosed. According to the Singapore Cancer Registry, most patients are diagnosed at a late stage, reducing the effectiveness of treatment and survival rates.
